Manufacturers and certificate applicant

For new equipment, each prototype of body, device cooling or equipment must pass a test in an ATP official test station. Manufacturers of equipment that have an official test report defining the thermal characteristics, have to be authorized to demonstrate compliance of their production prototypes.

Authorization is granted on the basis of the audit of the manufacturer according to the technical reference document approved by the ministry and available on the website of the competent authority. Periodic audits are conducted to verify continued compliance with the requirements of the technical reference document. For each equipment manufactured, an application for certification of individual technical compliance is addressed by the manufacturer to the ATP competent authority.
